The Otero Corporation’s mission is to empower and advocate for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in an environment of compassion, dignity and respect.  We promote and maximize individual potential by fostering a caring, loving, and learning environment and connecting people with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities to community resources and supports.

Our Team

Our Senior Management Team has 100+ combined years of experience in the provision of services and supports. Established and originating in a foundation of “love”. We embrace and champion a hard work ethic, dedication, compassion, empowerment, and self-advocacy. These are the qualities shared by the founder’s parents and family. These core qualities are essential to the day to day operations of our agency.
