The Otero Corporation has designed a unique Day Program option for people with Intellectual and/or Developmental disabilities in Northern Colorado.   The Day Program is 100% community based and designed specifically to meet the individual’s wants, needs, and desires. Focus and energy will be directed to ensure all activities, outings, events, and supports will maximize the potential for successful outcomes for the person.  A great deal of attention will be to hire and train personnel who have a full life of experiences and interest (i.e. fishing, hiking, biking, tennis, dance, arts, collecting, etc.) It is the belief of The Otero Corporation that in order for any person to be viewed as successful in ones community, those successes have to occur within the person’s community.
