The Otero Corporation is a locally owned and managed Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) contracting with its' local Case Management Agencies (CMAs) in Larimer County & Weld County. The Otero Corporation works in partnership with these CMAs, The Division of Developmental Disabilities, and other community resources to ensure the necessary supports and services are readily available to all people with disabilities to ensure successful outcomes. TOC's management 100 years combined experience in the field of Human Service and has provided services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities in multiple States.
The Otero Corporation is a strong advocate of individual choice and self-determination and strongly supports people with disabilities in making their own choices.
